Tim Vanden Boom

Tim joined Vanden Boom Verstegen Wealth Management in 2019. Tim holds SIE, Series 7 and 66 licenses through LPL Financial as well as earning his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation in 2021.
Prior to joining Vanden Boom Verstegen Wealth Management, Tim graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Madison with a BBA in Finance, Investment, and Banking in 2009. While in college, Tim interned with Morgan Stanley. After graduating college, Tim served in the Peace Corps as an agribusiness volunteer in 2010-11, living and working with an indigenous community in the mountains of western Panama. Tim then spent 8 years working as an investigator with the US Department of Labor – Wage and Hour Division, helping employers better comply with federal labor laws.
Tim and his wife Kristin reside in Neenah with their three young children. He enjoys listening to music, spending time with family, and doing a variety of outdoor activities in his leisure, including waterfowl hunting, fishing, and golf. Tim is fluent in the Spanish language and is currently serving on the Fox Valley Literacy Board.
